Ce golf de 18 trous, Par 72 de 6000 mètres (homologué FFG), ouvert toute l'année, exploite avec intelligence tout le potentiel d'un environnement naturel plein de ressources. Greens bien défendus, obstacles d'eau naturels, boisements et bunkers stratégiques, reliefs vallonnés et diversifiés... Le tracé de l'architecte Hugues Lambert propose un jeu technique marqué par quelques moments d'anthologie. Ainsi, le trou N°14, dit "des 4 clochers" offre une vue grandiose sur les alentours et sur les clochers de 4 villages voisins. Un moment de pur bien-être à savourer car le N°16, un peu plus loin, est à la hauteur de sa réputation, impitoyable...

Ici, le temps s'est arrêté pour mieux préserver des paysages jurassiens particulièrement favorisés par la nature. Le Domaine du Val de Sorne occupe toute la largeur de la vallée et le parcours semble sculpté dans la verdure, suivant les ondulations du terrain en parfaite harmonie.

Après d'importants travaux de rénovation, les 35 chambres spacieuses affichent un nouveau décor qui donne la priorité au confort. Certaines chambres disposent même d'une terrasse privative et d'un accès direct au parcours ! Rien ne manque pour savourer une parenthèse de détente, en tête-à-tête ou en famille.
À l'heure de la détente, petits et grands peuvent trouver des activités à leurs goûts sans avoir à quitter le Domaine. Les sportifs se retrouvent sur le court de tennis ou à la salle de fitness. In the foothills "Revermont" of the Jura, and a few minutes from Lons-le-Saunier, the Val de Sorne golf course has what it takes to please golfers of all levels.
This 18-hole, Par 72 course (FFG approved), 6000 metres long, open all year round, it has made intelligent use of the potential of an environment that has plenty of natural features. Well-defended greens, water hazards, strategic wooded areas, bunkers, and a variety of undulating landscapes. The layout designed by architect Hugues Lambert offers a technical game that is bound to produce some unforgettable moments. For instance, the 14th, known as the "4 bell-towers" affords a marvelous view over the surrounding area and the bell-towers of 4 nearby villages. A moment of pure pleasure to savour before taking on the 16th, a little further on, which lives up to its reputation for being merciless...

Here time has stood still and the Jura landscapes, so blessed by nature, are remarkably well preserved. The Domaine du Val de Sorne occupies the entire breadth of the valley and the golf course seems like it has been sculpted in its green setting, harmoniously following the undulations of the site.

After major refurbishment work, the 35 spacious bedrooms have been newly decorated with meticulous attention to detail in terms of comfort. Some of the 36 bedrooms even have a private terrace with direct access to the golf course. Everything is in place to ensure that you enjoy a relaxing break, as a couple or with the whole family.
When it comes to relaxation, there is plenty to occupy everyone, young and old, without any need to leave the estate. Sporting enthusiasts can get together on the tennis courts or in the fitness room.
